Mission: Brittany – & A Thank You from Lauren

Note: Last week, Nate surprised me with a Love Bomb. Yes, me. I haven’t had the ability to string words together yet to communicate just how much this meant to me, but please know that it changed my life and my world. I cried all day. I was shocked and amazed by how many people care for me – and I’m getting choked up again just writing this. I wish I could hug each and every one of you and thank you personally. Words don’t cut it. But please know that I am so grateful for each one of you and you gave me so much strength; I’ll be running on the love you guys showed me literally for the rest of my life. I will never forget that day. Thank you. So much.

Hey team!

Today we are dropping a Love Bomb on a young woman named Brittany. She was suggested to us by Laura, one of our team members.

If you know me personally at all, women who have gone through harmful relationships are on my heart, pretty much daily. We’ve all been through break-ups and know how painful they are, and when they are unhealthy relationships, we struggle even more to pick ourselves up, move on and put our hearts and passion back together.

Lately, we’ve shown a lot of love to people in crisis and dealing with incredibly challenging medical conditions (THANK YOU for joining us in this), but I was reminded this week how important it is to not overlook those who simply need strength restored to their hearts. So, today we are going to do this for someone.

Laura emailed me and said this about her friend Brittany:

“Brittany is going through kind of a rough spot right now. She just got out of a really unhealthy relationship, where she wasn’t appreciated, and she needs a little help remembering how incredible she is. She’s one of the most positive, beautiful, inspiring girls that I know and I wish I could do something to help her out of this rough patch.”

So there we have it. We doubt our value, our worth, and how much others appreciate & love us most after a bad break up. It’s time to restore this for Brittany!

Please join me in leaving some love for her today and reminding her how beautiful and precious she is.

Time to drop a Love Bomb, team!

Lauren
